The half-day tour, favored by most guests, involves a 25-minute hike through the jungle, mostly flat terrain to reach the cave entrance. If you are lucky enough, you will encounter resident wildlife such as howler monkeys, iguanas, coatimundi, armadillos, or toucans, creating a vivid connection to the natural surroundings. Unlike other operators that make you carry your tubes, here at Cave Tubing Belize, we carry the tubes for you so you can enjoy your hike.

Once you reach the cave entrance, your Cave Tubing tour starts as you float through the Caves Branch River of Caves traversing the last cave, with half the experience immersed in the captivating darkness and the other half meandering through the lush jungle. Within the caves your guide will be informing you on the geology of the formations and how these caves were once a portal to the Maya's Underworld (Xibalba). To make this extra special, you will get the chance to do some cave-cliff jumping and see a waterfall within one of the caves you traverse.

Opt for the full-day tour for an even more immersive experience. Inside the cave, explore a side passage known as the crystal chamber, stretching four miles underground and holding the secrets of Mayan rituals for $110USD. The Full-Day tour also offers an additional cave, compared to the half-day tour.
